I like that I can always count on Mikes Auto Body to do a great job. The job was done amazing. My only issue is with the automated system that sends messages. The job was done 5 days before the expected date which is awesome but the automated messages are off. That morning I got a message saying they were half way done and that the job would be completed by the expected date. Six hours later i get a call that my car is done and was ready for pick up. Because I had a car rental it was expected to me to return the rental that same day that my car was ready or would be stuck paying for the rentals. I believe that if the automated messages were more accurate I could have given my husband more time to get to Antioch from working at Cupertino. His job was not excited to see him leave unexpectedly. But I do thank you for the great service. I will be back if needed

Repair looks great. Car is clean thank you. However,when you tell a customer that they're car will be done and follow it up with a text that says on schedule. I would let them know if there will be another delay instead of the customer having to call for a follow-up. Thank you for paying for the rental.

Communication the first couple days was lacking. Not at all satisfied with the broken glass cleanup. I found a shard of glass on the drivers seat and the floor and seat on the passenger side has tiny pieces of glass all over.

Estimatetor lacked experience. No communication from him until I went back in demanding to be kept un to date. No pictures taken in my presence and damage to one of my rims was said to have been there prior to repairs on my car which I know was not the case. Manager gave me an explanation of how it might have occurred but did not take responsibility for it because he said "pictures take" show it was there. Not 100% happy this time.

So when someone gets into an accident, there are a lot of things going on in one’s head. One of which is how will my car get fixed, and how will I get to work etc. Ray at mike’s autobody went above and beyond to reassure me that everything will be okay. He touched base with me often and if anything came up that was a potential issue, he told me what I needed to do or what he would need to do or the third party. I am very impressed by the way him and his crew handled my repair. It was around Christmas time and they made me feel like all is well and reveled to me that it could always be worse. I will never want another repair done by anyone but Ray and his crew at mike’s Auto. They were quick and to get my repair and I am definitely glad they made this as easily for me as possible. My car is in the best condition it has ever been since I bought it brand new! Thank you so much for your time and effort. -Jeremiah
