Hood is miss aligned, steering wheel wasn't centered during alignment, rear bumper not fully secured, interior trim panel loose, something with the turbo or, more likely, waste gate incorrectly reinstalled, smells of leaking antifreeze.

I think overall things went pretty smoothly. However, I feel like my car now smells like cigarette smoke and I do not smoke. So either someone who worked on my car smoke and then was in my car or people smoked around my car during the process. I am really bummed out by this as I am really sensitive to smells. My husband asked me what that smell was the minute he got into the car. How can this be fixed?

When I’ve had my car repaired at another body shop, my car was returned detailed inside & out. From CARSTAR, the exterior had only been cleaned. When I picked up car, there was residue on one of the rear doors & unresolved damage on the rear. I can see faint letters on the hood of my car—maybe PDR. On the driver’s side, inside therear door, the plastic molding next to the rear seat isn’t flush. It wasn’t that way when I delivered the car. I hope these issues will be resolved during my 11/15 appointment at CARSTAR.
