I was told my car would be ready the evening of the day I brought it in or the next morning. It wasn’t ready until late morning two days after I bought it in. (That is I brought it in Wednesday morning and it wasn’t ready until Friday, and even then I had to call about it after getting a text saying it would be ready Thursday at 4:pm)

We had to pay for car rental 3 more days then expected which was expensive. And a great inconvenience. We will have to wait and see if the roof repair holds. Wish the car had been run through the car wash before returning it to us.
The people we talked to were great. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. The biggest thing was being told Friday early afternoon and then Monday early afternoon and it was Monday at 5:00pm. We had made plans with the expectation we would have our car. The rental car was inadequate for our plans and we had to cancel a very important trip. It was disappointing.
