From the time my car got to the body shop up until I picked it up Bay Auto customer service was beyond EXCEPTIONAL. Even upon getting my car back I was so shocked on how they not only made sure the paint of my car was the exact color but they washed my car and made sure the tank was full. I am beyond satisfied with my car and God forbid some get into an accident but if you do make sure your car goes to Bay Cities Auto. Again EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENTL customer service ‼️‼️‼️
