Bay Cities Auto Body has provided consistently superior service for our recent repair, as well as others in the past. Brian Engeln keeps us informed of the progress of the parts availability as well as the status of the repairs. Melissa is equally helpful in communicating updates regarding insurance and other information in a timely fashion.
