After researching multiple body shops in the area and a recommendation from a friend, I decided to take my car to JP Autobody and I’m glad I did. My car had a deep scratch and I was very particular about where to take it as the paint and color is specific and JP is the only auto shop in the Bay Area that’s BMW certified and has a direct partnership with them to ensure only OEM paint and parts are used. I called late afternoon and they were able to take a look at the within the hour. When I arrived, I met Aaron Kesler, the manager, who was super professional, honest, and communicative. He made the entire process completely painless and hassle-free from the moment from the moment I brought my car in to the time I picked it up. After taking some pictures to calculate an estimate, we set up a date to have it dropped it off and they even offered to drop me off at Enterprise to arrange a rental car. After a couple weeks, I picked my car up and it looked like nothing happened. They matched the paint exactly and they did a complete exterior detail so it looks like it did the day I got it. I couldn’t be happier with the results and I highly recommend Aaron and JP Autobody to anyone that needs work done on their car. Thanks again!

Aaron was great..super communicative and responsive. the repair took awhile but he alerted us to this set back when we first dropped the car off. he understood the delays when there is a airbag deployment and let us know in the beginning that there were possible delays so we could plan.

I filled out your survey and explained, but when you receive text message11/4 saying: Your repair is under way. Look forward to seeing you in 19 days. Another text 11/9 your repair is underway and on tract to be completed by 11/23. Another text on 11/14 We are over the halfway mark. Your Honda is still on target for 11/23. Text on 11/16. We are on tract for 11/23. Text on 11/18 We are near completion. If we encounter any delays we will call you. Then I get a call that the vehicle has not even received a part in. All the while I have this rental that I am going to have to pay for out of pocket because it went over the days allowed. DONT SEND TEXT MESSAGES THAT ARE NOT VALID...I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO YOU

The works on my truck was excellently done and the service. The only minus point is the long process that I waited to complete finish the job.
