I filled out your survey and explained, but when you receive text message11/4 saying: Your repair is under way. Look forward to seeing you in 19 days. Another text 11/9 your repair is underway and on tract to be completed by 11/23. Another text on 11/14 We are over the halfway mark. Your Honda is still on target for 11/23. Text on 11/16. We are on tract for 11/23. Text on 11/18 We are near completion. If we encounter any delays we will call you. Then I get a call that the vehicle has not even received a part in. All the while I have this rental that I am going to have to pay for out of pocket because it went over the days allowed. DONT SEND TEXT MESSAGES THAT ARE NOT VALID...I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO YOU

I had a great experience at JP auto body, and I will definitely be back (when needed). Aaron Kesler was extremely professional, communicative and timely. Aaron quickly put me at ease when I had been given the run around for 2 months by my local Toyota dealer in Burlingame. Aaron helped resolve my broken trunk issue in **** week! Thank you to the JP team.

Really appreciated JP AutoBody (and specifically John) for coordinating everything through GEICO, I appreciated the text updates, and the extras that were done (tidying the car, waxing the areas around the new parts,etc).
