I brought my Tacoma in for repairs after hitting a deer, repair’s were made but during the repair process my windshield was cracked. It is now over 2 weeks since I picked up my truck and my windshield is still not fixed. On top of that no one told me about the crack in my windshield and they knew it was there. The crack was not in my windshield when I brought the truck in for repairs.

Windows were still covered in overspray. I did not see this when I picked up the car 12/31. It was cloudy. When the sum came out visibility was impacted. I tried to clean the windows but could not remove the film.
I took the car back and it was removed. I am disappointed this was not checked.
A dent on the driver’s outside mirror was missed. Robin has sent this to the insurance company to replace.
Biggest disappointment was windows with a film on them.

Several areas on hood chips from the accident were painted over instead of being filled or sanded out. Quarter panel and hood alignment is inconsistent. Plastic flares wer not properly applied and adhesion is separating from the fenders. Several missing components on back order and were not ordered timely adding additional delays.
