Delivery was delayed almost a week because parts weren’t checked after they were received but before the bumper, particularly, was ready to be painted. This meant I had a rental about 3 times as long as I was originally scheduled to have it. I paid for extra insurance coverage with Enterprise for all that time, too.
The delivery delay was not a huge issue for me this time, but it could have been had it been a different month of the year.

Only area of concern was not getting more and timely communication. I can understand delays happen and repairs take longer, but I would appreciate being contacted with an update rather than having to call to get the information. Other than that, the work and people were great.

Chase was our service advisor at the collision center and we can't say enough good things about him and how he handled everything. Our Tacoma came back perfect. Chase and the guys in the body shop went above and beyond to get our trucks done. It's not easy to find people as good as these guys to work on things anymore.
