The only issue was a miscommunication at drop off. We were told/expecting the vehicle back in a week and so did not get a rental. However, extra work was required which delayed the vehicle return by an extra week. For me, this is a minor complaint as I understand the slow points of the process with the insurance company. But setting expectations up front would have made this repair even better.

It's amateur hour at Toyota Collision. Not only do they take forever to do a simple collision repair but they shortcut and don't actually fasten down the body parts. Bolts are missing seals are not lined up and pinched off. Honestly,I won't be back for any repair in the future or maintenance.

We are very happy with the work done on our Rav4. The car sustained rock chip damage to the front and after repair looks like it came off the showroom floor. The paint work is exceptional being a perfect match. I was also pleased with being informed by the collision center on the progress of the work being done.
