Keeping in touch with customer while being fixed could be a little better. Didnt receive status of assessment; Waited for response after calling multiple times and waiting on call back that didnt happen until day 3 when I called again to ask about status. Shop very nice, just needs to improve customer service a little bit.

My car looks amazing! The staff kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and even advocated on my behalf when the insurance company wanted to use substandard parts to cut cost! The only delay was my insurance company who took several days to come out as requested. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant, knowledgeable and eager to assist! I would recommend Roccos!

The body work seemed fine but when I started the engine the check engine light came on. I know sometimes it takes a few miles for it to go back out. Smoke began to come out from under the hood and when I came to a stop the car began to shimmy and shake. I stopped at Auto Zone to have computer read and came up with 4 crankshaft sensor error readings which were not there prior. Also when I popped the hood half a bagel sandwich in there along with 2 screws laying on the battery box. I was told the crankshaft sensor plugs are in the front end where my body work was done
