Yesterday I was told the car was ready I went to pick up the car today. and upon my spection it was not ready. I left the car there. And I live about 25 miles away from the body shop. I'm not a happy camper. And I hope. You get a qualified person. to inspect the car before it's ready for me. I wasted time and gas for nothing :(

They did a great job on my car! I’m real happy how it turned out! However communication was a little lacking when it came down to actually picking up the car. I had three different time lines on when it was ready to be picked up so it was stressful. I got told it was going to be done on one day and then didn’t end up being able to pick it up three day. It was pretty inconvenient. Also, it was hard to get in touch with George at some point, I have to call several times a day to finally be able to talk to him at some point. But other than that service was great!

Everyone at 1st Certified Collision was so nice and attentive. I Loved that they try to make sure you're without you car for as little time as possible. I took my truck in they examined it and told me to take my truck back with me while they order the parts and bring it back a week later. I took it in Tuesday Afternoon and My truck was ready to go Thursday afternoon. My truck looks brand new. Thank You so much 1st Certified Collision team for making it so easy to get my repairs done.
