Not satisfied, paid for a repair of something that wasn't broken when I brought my vehicle to you and yet it still isn't repaired. Is very frustrating when I work 7 days a week from 7am til 10 pm

Although I had made an appointment a week ahead of time, it took about 4 days after dropping my car off for the full estimate to be completed. Total time I had to pay for a rental car was 12 days. A rep from Halls actually called me after I first came by and before I dropped it off for the repair, and she said it was not necessary to bring it by for an estimate since Allstate had already done a preliminary estimate.
Tim was very nice throughout the process, especially when I picked my car up.

The first time I had my car repaired it was vacuumed upon return however this time around they did not do that. I know that is not a requirement but was a nice gesture and was appreciated!

I backed my rear windshield into a parking garage overhang. Then I got two quotes. The one from Halls was half the amount of the other one. Halls got the job done quick and got it done right. I recommend Halls for your auto repair needs. M.G., Bullitt County, KY
