Although the work took longer than anyone originally figured, I was pleased without the amount of communication I received along the way. I appreciated the phone calls and texts updating the progress and reporting the delays. Everyone was very nice in the office and it was a nice surprise to pick up a cleaner van than I left you!! As always, the staff at Hall's did a great job with the repairs on my vehicle.
While I hope not to need them in the future, Hall's will be the first on the list to contact if Shively Fire Department needs vehicle repairs in the future.
I will also use them for my personal vehicles, if needed, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
