I got four estimates for my car and Hall’s was not only the best price, but I also liked the facility best. The parking lot wasn’t crowded, the office space was clean, the people were friendly, and it seemed like the most organized auto shop I went to. My car was in the shop for longer than expected, but it was worth the wait. To me it seemed that Hall’s was aware and attentitive to the fact that auto repair is expensive (even though it wasn’t coming out of my pocket) and that not having a car was inconvenient. But, they worked as quickly as they could, and put a lot of effort forward to make sure I got not only a good price but the best quality bumper put on my car. The shop came recommended by a Ken Towery employee who said Hall’s was reasonably priced and did a good job, even to his picky standards. I have to say I agree with him now that I’ve experienced Hall’s. And, when I got in my car I noticed it had been cleaned. Not only was the exterior cleaned, but it was vacuumed, dusted, and the windows were wiped off. It was like having a new car all over again! All in all, the service was great, and even though my car was in the shop for way longer than expected, I never felt that I needed to get angry at Hall’s because Shannon was so nice and even grateful that I was okay-ing the extended stays, and my car was returned to me in perfect condition. It was obvious my car was in good hands. Job well done!

Carstar, Hall's Collision does great work and I have been satisfied with work they have done in the past. However, this time I requested that I would be contacted with information regarding my car instead of my husband because I am easier to get a hold of. All emails were sent to his email address instead of mine, I was called when the car was complete. I spoke with someone at the office about this issue. Also, when I picked up my car the bumper was a bit loose and had to be sent back to tighten the screws on the side so that the headlights were not further recessed one side more than the other.

We love Hall’s! The staff is friendly, the updates are timely and informative, and the work is top-notch.

We voice our opinion about your employee James, who seem to be disgruntled about something and that was showing through when he talked to us. We had questions and the answers were short and snappy. Since then we have corrected the problem that we brought up, and it only took me a few minutes to do it. Other than that the paint job was fabulous and Tim's customer service was outstanding! If we have any Automotive work that needs to be done in the future I am sure we will come to you first. Thanks
