Great work and when I had questions they fixed it with no problem.
My fob for my Cadillac was broken during the week automation collision had my car. The manager refused to consider that it was broken by them yet it was not broken when I dropped the car off. I’m not satisfied with that issue

Everything from beginning to the end exceeded my expectations with the collision center including everyone in the office. Brad did the evaluation including the estimate and kept me in touch as the repair progressed. My only disappointment was with Enterprise Rental. Almost daily I was in touch with them trying for a commitment in reserving a large SUV because my wife is disabled and with her wheelchair a needed a larger backend. When I did pick up my car it was filthy inside and out and with only ****/4 of a tank of gas. Late Friday afternoon it was difficult having to fill it up and then pick up my wife. Shame on Enterprise and if I could have I would have rented a car elsewhere.

Very happy with my interaction with the employees. I was kept apprised of the progress on my repairs and the body shop worked well with my insurance company. I especially like the guarantee for the repairs done at body shop.
