Extraordinary customer service when I picked up my vehicle. Came in late, billing was “off” didn’t realize till credit card “in” machine. Had to back out of transaction, then fix billing, etc, etc. This employee was the greatest. She was alone, newer employee and went above and beyond to make sure ALL was taken care of properly.

The staff and technician provided excellent service and professionalism. I can truly say I would highly recommend AutoNation Collision Center to everyone.
When I became excited about something that was my fault, they remained professional and ready resolve the situation.
The technician did an excellent repair, no sign of any damages ever to our car.
A very positive experience.

Repair was completed a day sooner than expected. I was kep informed. I was kept informed of the progress of the repair by text and email from the adjuster working the repair Once to repair was done, he sent photographs of how it looked and it was delivered as promised
