Service was terrible, communication was on a kindergarten level, they were using my car for personal use. They added 9 miles to my car while in their possession,Took them 2 months to fix a minor accident, and over all a grimy/sleazy company. Over charged the insurance company . I do not and would never in my life recommend this place to any one.

The customer service was great, no complaints. The intake person, Myrna was welcoming and polite. She immediately put me at ease and made sure I was directed to a nearby rental place, which was also great, (Enterprise on Bellance) then she saw to it that I was quickly picked up by them after my drop off of vehicle. After I received my car back, the repairs looked wonderful, great repair and paintjob done...it looked better than before the accident. I will recommend them to others in the future if needed.

My brand new Tesla Model S has been with them for 25 days due to delays in obtain parts--not their fault. Everybody involved has been really helpful especially the front office folks including Lesly, Nancy, and William. The body per se shop including Omar and Fernando, did a great job on the paint. It's better than the Fremont factory in terms of thickness.
If you have a Tesla, I highly recommend this place!

is top of the line. Their concern about the customer is clear every step of the way making sure to keep you informed and to make sure you have the best experience possible.
