The work on my car was completed in 4 days instead of 5, as originally estimated--always a good thing. I was also updated regularly on the progress of the repairs--another good thing. When I picked up the car, not only did the outside shine, but the inside as well. I wasn't expecting that but a great surprise. You all run a great company!

I was not happy with the rental car provided by Enterprise. It makes me question the rigor applied to American Automotive suppliers. You should be demanding that their service is as good as yours. To be more explicit, perhaps I should have had the choice in what my rental vehicle was. The situation was that I was simply given a vehicle that "they" seemed appropriate - and it was not.
