The car looks very good. Thank you very much for repairing the damages that happened to it. The only issue I have is one of my tires was extremely low. Luckily my boyfriend who dropped me off to pick up the car noticed how low it was once I was back in the road. That is the only issue I found. I don't want that to happen anyone else. The tire was really to low to drive on safely. He alerted me and we went to a gas station to fill it.

I am very displeased with the service I received at American Automotive. My car was put in the shop to have damages repaired that were due to an accident. However, after picking up my car I noticed that the heat no longer worked. I called American Automotive to make them aware of the issue and they did not want to accept responsibility or at least look at my vehicle again. The guy I spoke with was extremely rude! It upsets me that this is a preferred shop for Geico insurance. Hopefully, I do not have any other unfortunate events such as accidents in the future. In the event that I do, I will NEVER trust my vehicle with this shop ever again. I would never recommend anyone take their vehicle to this shop.

Staff is very friendly , professional. Service was fast can't even tell my SUV was rear ended. I felt like I was driving off a car lot with a new SUV. The building is clean no strong paint, chemical smells. The decor of the building is very nice. I will recommend AA to family& friends. I had a bad day (the accident )turn into a pleasant experience thanks to AA.

Painted over rock chips were a surprise. Panel alignment is off around my front left headlight/grille area. Obvious paint defects are present in the repair areas.
Jeff from Geico was helpful. The American representative was unprofessional.
I am meeting with Jeff's manager Thursday at noon to discuss my options. I am inlikely to recommend American, or use them to fix the problems, but plan to continue to use Geico.
