While I'm happy to FINALLY have my car back, I'm anything but satisfied with American Automotive. I dropped my car off to get a bumper fixed on the 3rd of June and just today June 23 I got it back. I understand there were other parts that may've been damage on the fender bender, I find it hard to believe it took three weeks to get it done. Today on my way to pick up my car, I called to let them know and the person I spoke to told me it would be ready in 45 minutes because it was getting washed. Upon arriving (5 minutes from the phone call) the man I've spoken to on the phone told me "I said 45 minutes!". I told him I had to go back to work and not to worry about washing the car, to what he responded, "I'm doing the assembly right now". I reminded him that he had just told me over the phone he was WASHING the car, NOT assembling anything. He had no response to me as I caught him on a LIE. I cannot believe I let such a irresponsible/ sketchy company come close to my car, let alone repair it. Not only will I NOT return to American Automotive, I will make sure to spread the word about my experience every chance I get.

My initial response to AA was exceedingly high. The quality of customer and auto service was impressive. AA was able to connect me to an Enterprise auto rental while my car was being serviced. Although my initial response was good, my return was completely negative. AA did not notify the Enterprise agent of my return and instead took the rental keys with their representative. After I had inquired about closing out the rental with an Enterprise representative, the response was that one would contact me the next day. I was contacted, yet I was informed that the rental was damaged and since an Enterprise representative did not sign off on the rental and was not informed of my returning of the vehicle, that I am responsible for the total repair. I left the rental un-damaged and trusted the AA rep to handle the close out. The AA rep should have contacted Enterprise of my arrival so the car would have been inspected without damage and signed off. Yet now I am left solely responsible on a damaged vehicle I had nothing to do with. I will follow my experience up with the owner of AA.
