After repairs were completed, there were a few things that were missed: exposed brake light wires; unconnected trim; flawed paint job; and, my rear door doesn’t lock when I use the key fob. Folks were nice. Wade was helpful. Work was sub-par. Now I have to bring my vehicle back and get a rental car so that these things can’t be fixed.

Wade really did represent your company well with stellar communication and even when things were stressful for me and there was opposition which invariably exists almost in any transaction, Wade rose to the occasion with a calm collected demeanor and was professional from all my communication with him to the actual delivery of both of my cars. I can tell he has a lot of experience and customer service is foremost in his mind. I should also say that Jessica at the front desk represented Service King in the most professional way as well.
