To the girl working at the front desk-give her a raise !! She was great and provided exceptional customer service. I work in customer service as a flight attendant and I can tell when someone genuinely cares about their customers. She did and was so helpful. I was in a hurry and she came running out to help me find the guy who was supposed to give my car a check without hesitation. I would go to service king again just because of her.

Great service! High quality. There was a delay from one of the bumper vendors which was quickly communicated to me via the texting system and by Paul whom called me. The texting system BTW is perfect for updates on something like car repairs. Paul was great. Very nice, personable, and knowledgeable. On one hand I hope I never see you guys again for obvious reasons I.e hope I’m never in an accident again, but if I am, I hope to work with Paul and Service King again.
