Communication from Dave could be improved as I was not told when part came in therefore not scheduled. I had to call and check to see if part came in (which it had) and he had me on books and I didn't even know it. Other than that, front desk woman was very sweet and helpful and their work on vehicle was great!

I appreciate the fact that they found additional items that had to be repaired once they started the work and made sure all of these items were done. Also they dealt directly with our insurance company on these additional items. My car was so clean inside and out when I picked it up. Very happy - Job well done

Vehicle kept being delayed because of wrong parts. On Monday at 11 am I received phone call that vehicle was ready, all that had to be done was the detailing of vehicle. When I get there at 5 pm I was told vehicle was not ready yet, the detailing was not complete. I told them I was taking vehicle done or not. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for them to partially detail and deliver vehicle.

After I picked up my truck which spent more than one month in the shop I discovered that the A/C doesn't work and the driver's door won't close and can't be unlocked once locked. Had to drive back to the shop holding the door with my left hand. Sloppy job!
