I back into a small aluminum shed and broke the left back tail light and smashed the bumper. They said it would be 2-3 days. It took 12!! I cannot understand why when it took me over a month to get the appointment! The staff however was great!!

Very disappointed in the service... Dropped car off Monday morning at 8:30 and by Wednesday morning still not completed! I contacted Mike Wednesday morning at 9:00 and he ensured me the car would be done by 12:00 at the
Latest... So had someone drive me to pick it up ... At 12:30 they were still working on it... At ****:30 still working on it! Then I find out that the ready date for the car was Wednesday ... It was supposed to be Tuesday!! Too frustrated to explain!!! I work for PR and I feel like writing a article about my experience...!!
