The head light does not flush with the body of the truck I don't like that is wrong because the other side is flush with the truck. And they left me a big mess in my truck very bad not wash or any thing.

To whom it may concern, The repairs due accident are good but, I ask Sal at the time I brought the vehicle in that there is a very small piece of the headliner on the drive side located above the steering wheel that I need glued back on and that I understood that they may have to charge me and I informed that was okay. It did not get done.

Paint is not finished, lock does not work and the "King Ranch" nameplate is not installed. I have to do 45min in the road to come back for that. You will have to do better to have me satisfied!

To whom it may concern, The spare tire and spare tire device that holds it in place were not replaced during the repair that was destroyed In the wreck, it was shown to the person who took in the vehicle for repair, now we have to make trip back to get it repaired. Not happy.

I started my car and there was 0 miles before empty fuel. The sensors were also not working for driver assist. I had to go back into the office with my concerns. I waited in the parking lot while technicians came out to address the issues. Fortunately it was a quick fix because the technician was knowledgeable, but it's a good thing I noticed the issues before I pulled out. This should have been resolved before I picked up my vehicle.
