Had a problem with my window tint being scratched while in body shop . I notified Douge about problem beleive it's been two weeks and felt like I was getting the run around. 8/4/16 contacted Douge again was told some BS story about them trying to contact Vechicle Outfitters and waits for a call back being a costomer of Vechicle Outfitters for years there always by the phone. Workmans ship of the car being fixed is fair and nextime be little more honest and on point, this isn't the first bad experience me And my wife have experienced with your shop.

I received my BMW back with 40+ miles added while it was there for a month, a deep scratch across the driver side windshield tint film, and a parking ticket in the side door from the Camden Yards Sports Complex. Coincidence? I called immediately about the windshield damage and was answered back with sarcasm and denial. I was told the trunk hood would be painted and was not advised that Geico had you paint part of the trunk. I don't want anyone calling me regarding this. The claim was paid by the other party that rear-ended me so there's nothing legally I can do about whether someone was joyriding in my car or not. It seems pretty obvious. I will be posting on Yelp and any other site that has a review.

Although my car repair took just over a month to complete - and I really missed my Subaru during that time, I was very pleased with the end result. I was grateful that Russell kept in close contact with me and updated me on every step along the way. The repair process was taken seriously and done carefully. Body work looks good. Lack of communication and the resulting delays were a source of frustration. Cellphone charging cord was stolen from car. The car was washed but the interior looked like a grimy rag was swished around it and the windows.
