Not sure other than making sure ones vehicles is right when customers arrives to pickup. It’s a huge inconvenience when you come and it’s not ready and you have to go back and get another rental down vehicle but at the end of six weeks of my vehicle being there for something that should’ve taken two weeks no more than three weeks I’m glad I had my vehicle back

Nate made a hard time very easy for me. My car looks brand new and I am thrilled by the work that was done. Nate was great. He was professional, and kept me informed the entire time throughout the process. It was obvious that Nate knows and enjoys his job. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the work that was done, or how awesome Nate is. Thank you for everything, it has been a pleasure! You have a customer for life!!!

Hi! The collision team worked on my car. The customer service I received was great, even when the team forgot to replace an emblem. I went back the next day and the replacement was done immediately. While to repair was well done, I was not satisfied with the clean up. I felt that there was residual dust everywhere in the car from the body shop. Your team offered to clean over again, but I feel like vacuuming and light cloth over the interior of the car is not sufficient. My car should have been given a full proper detail. I am very diligent with cleaning my car and now I have dust in the vent flow areas and on most of the hardware pieces of the vehicle. I am sharing this in order for your team to fully consider a full detail so there is no traces of body shop dust, especially if the customer's vehicle had no signs of this dust to begin with. Thank you.

Long delays in getting the car back. It was there for a full week and nothing was done, because there was a discrepancy with the insurance allowance. I understand that's out of your control, but you should have updated me as to what was going on. You need to communicate better with your customers. An email "status" after a few days would have been nice.

Nate was extremely helpful however once I got home I noticed there was dirt and dust on the front and back passenger seats that I had to clean off.

I felt the process went well past what it should have taken. I had a bumper to be replaced & painted and it took three weeks. I rec'd an email on March 30th "as soon as the bumper gets here we'll get it painted", April 4th "now that they are all here my tech will get them ready to be painted" and then on April 13th "noticed a small imperfection in the paint on the bumper giving it back to **** to fix". Believe me I appreciate that fix but I started calling for updates as things just started to drag. I've had work on other vehicles done at your competition and they would update daily and attached 3 or 4 pictures so you could actually follow the work. Might be a good start as the more I look into reviews for the shop this delay seems to be a habitual problem. Thanks for asking for my feedback. Respectfully Mr D Kline

There are still many tiny dings on hood where shingle bounced around and one big area where you can still see blue marks and fix attempt thru new paint. The tailpipe /muffler? is banged up and not sure if I will have to pay for that damage when lease is up, but might not have gotten insurance coverage at first review? A few small marks I'm unsure about if shingle caused or how they are there...not sure how to proceed but last service there was stellar so planning on calling tomorrow morning.
