I am satisfy for excellent job. I am very happy and I am also recommended for my all friends too. One thing is missing in my car. That is wheel cab in the front passengers side So it is possible can you fix that. Thank you

Rep only called me in response to my phone message. In the 30 days you had my car I called three times beginning the second week. I had no phone calls or e-mail messages even though the rep had all that information and said he would "keep me informed". The original verbal estimate was $4000. The original written estimate was $8600 without so much as the hood being popped by a technician. The final price was $40 shy of $9000. It makes me curious that nothing behind the hood was damaged or broken. Not the radiator, battery, AC, horn or even the bulbs in the headlights. Somehow this turned into a month long job with,evidently, major structural damage. I may look for a Consumer Protection Agency garage and get an evaluation of what actually was repaired and at what estimated cost. I could go on but you get the point. Don't bother to have the rep call and "blow smoke up my pant leg". I will admit the car looks beautiful but I can't say I was pleased with the entire event. tdr.

I did not receive updates of the status of my car unless I called (at least for the first 2 weeks). There were several delays due to lacking communication with my insurance company (my car was at the collision center for **** month). Once I had asked to please contact a specific person at my insurance company (the field representative) and was told that he would get contacted, just to find out 3 days later that it still hadn't happened. In the end I was told that my car was ready for pickup the next day and when I called **** hour prior to pickup , it was all of a sudden noted that the car was ready, but insurance paperwork was missing, and that my car would not be released to me unless I could ensure the paperwork from my insurance to be sent over. This was obviously impossible at 4pm. Not sure how this came as a surprise at 4pm that the paperwork was still missing when I called. Car pickup took 2 hours because there was some spray stains on the car from the painting. Those were taken care of before I left with my car. Overall, an extremely unsatisfactory customer service experience. The actual car repair appears to have been well done.

I picked up my veh. Today 10/03/2016 and the vehicle body/paint is faded with accompanying scratches. The buffing was poorly done and damage the paint job. My 2016 VW looks like a 1998 vehicle that is in need of a paint job. I will be seeking restitution...

My car was estimated to have 3 days worth of work my car was at Russell for 30 days. I encured fee do to this with the rental car company that I will not be reimbursedisappointed for. I received several updates about when my car would be finished but they were not acurate...upon picking up my car I noted that the repair was not complete I had to then return my car to Russell. BUT Prior to returning my car i had all but hunt the down the guy overseeing my claim..he would not return my call. It took several days to get in contact with this guy, after leaving several messages. In addition In my estimate I was supposed to receive a full interior detail, well that did not happen. I had to come back another day for them to render that service. On the day that I took my car back to receive the detail I was offered a complimentary ride in which I had to wait an hour and a half to receive the best part about it was the driver was really friendly and polite I would not recommend a friend for this dealership to service their car. All in all I am not please. At this very moment I am still waiting for a returned call about the unfinished work to my car.

Took too long and too many calls to repair the car. Did not take care of the request for service department to look at the car. And, charged more than the deductible amount.

There was a problem with your server which would say that my check had an incorrect router address. And it would not process my credit card. It kept saying that Nate needed to get a Supervisor because the card was"in a dark place". We had a 3 way call with me, my CREDIT UNION and Julia. So my credit union could see when Julia put my credit card number in. The credit union saw that your machine was not interrogating my card not even once So I hope you get it fixed cause I had to withdraw cash in order to get my car. So what ever company you are using is not working.

My husband and I came in to collision to get out bumper fixed. Nate was the man we worked with. He was very professional on the phone and with his response time. He called Enterprise and set up a car reservation for us for the week and kept us updated about the progress of the car. After the bumper was painted he noticed it wasn't up to his standards and had it fixed for us without us asking. We appreciate Nate's professionalism, customer service and attention to detail. Nate is really a rare find in autobody shops these days. We were unhappy with recent service from Honda but have had our fears calmed with Nate's work ethic. Thank you very much for a beautiful job! We feel like we've gained a new car because of the great work!
