My Tesla Model-Y is like new again thanks to Moody’s Biddeford. It did take almost 3 weeks for the repair but this is forgivable given that I own a Tesla, that we live in an era of supply chain issues and that there were two snow storms. My suggestion would be to continue to do all you can to support Tesla and other EV owners as more and more electric vehicles come online.

The only negative was the wait time… I certainly understand, but I had to wait about 2 months. Many factors, not sure what could be done…
Otherwise it was as good of an experience as I could have desired. Also - Moody’s working closely with Enterprise for rentals really helps you customers!
