It was an absolute plessure to work with Joe. He is extremely communicative, knowledgeable, and helpful. He always gave clear, early updates and answered all of my questions. I was in a bit of a difficuly situation as my elderly mom is in Maine and can no longer driver, so I had to help coordinate repairs for her leased car virtually. Joe helped me navigate insurance coverage and made sure I was always aware of costs, repairs, and timelines. So thankful for Joe and would recommend Moody’s to anyone!!

It was frustrating to go pick up my car today, was ready Wednesday but because of my schedule i was not able to get until today. When i picked up the care i asked if the driver-side blind spot sensor was fixed and working. The wonderful receptionist brought out one of the front office guys not the gentleman who initially helped me with my car and he looked over my invoice and stated he didn’t see that the sensor had been replaced, but that it should be working correctly because they would have hooked the car up to a computer to see if everything was running correctly and taking it for a test drive so if I was still getting an error that would be noticed. I took possession of the car gave them the keys to my rental and made it a quarter of a mile down the road and got the error message that the Blindspot sensor was still in fact not working. I turned around and went back to the center and then I spoke to the gentleman who helped me with my car. He tried to clear the error manually and then went to talk to a tech. He came back out and said that they would need to recalibrate the sensor, but that they would not be able to do that until maybe Tuesday though I appreciate them fixing the issue. I am frustrated that the process I was told most likely wasn’t done because the error was still there and I am now paying for a rental car for four more days.

I was very pleased with the repairs on my car., and how clean the car was on pick up. But more importantly, the service was fantastic. Every person involved provided flawless customer service and offered a seamless process. Once I dropped my car off, I didn’t have to worry about anything… everything was taken care of for me!! Joe was extremely professional from the beginning. I’ve never used a body shop before but I’m a good friends with a younger Moody and wouldn’t want to bring my business elsewhere. Turnaround time was quicker than originally scheduled and they even came in lower than the quote (that seems unheard of). Hopefully won’t need your services again anytime soon but will certainly be back.

The staff are very knowledgeable and very involved in providing outstanding service with excellent results. They establish realistic time lines and meet those time lines. The work they do on the vehiculs is the best.
