I thank you so much for all the updates via text, it was great keeping me in the loop of the progress and all the calls with any issues and concerns. One small issue no big deal but the estimated time provided was for Friday I was getting updates until Friday morning and after that I didn’t receive any at all. I got the car few days after the day I was told it’s okays but please don’t stop the updates it prevents the customer from calling everyday for updates.. you guys did a great job.

They explained to me what needed to be repaired, they made arrangements to get me transportation to Hertz for the rental, and they fixed my Mazda in record time. They were also very understanding and flexible with me about dropping off my car and bringing back the rental.
