The fender is loose and sticks out!

I know that a reapair can never be as factory, but I’d like to think or hope that a gold status collision repair shop could atleast get really close to perfection. I received my car back with clear coat defects on the replaced panels it was brought in for. The headlight isn’t sitting as the passenger headlight sits. I’m satisfied with the work done but not completely.
