Went so well I was never notified with any updates! Had said they needed 4 days but called the next day to let me know I could pick up my car! Was pleased with the quality of their workmanship not to mention Dee's demeanor and helpfulness from the time I had first spoke to her.

Dee (estimator) did a fantastical job at keeping me informed and helping me through the process. I've never been involved in a collision so I wasn't really sure as to what the steps were and what I needed to do on my end. And when the insurance company told me that you all weren't a guaranteed repair center with them (USAA), Dee and the front desk staff contacted them for me to let them know that they were so I could have my car repaired at Reed Lallier as opposed to somewhere else. They all made it a very pleasant and stress free experience!

I have to bring my car back to fix some paint problems on the part that was repaired. If the quality control manager had checked it before I picked it up then I woukd have to waste my time bring it back. Also I had a warranty part that was ordered for my car and I requested that it would be installed while it was in the shop and I was told no problem but when I picked it up I was told that I had to make a separate appointment even though it took longer to repair my car from what I was initially told. Worst experience ever.
