Brian and Chris were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so understanding and reassuring during what was a very stressful situation. As a woman, I’m always a little nervous going into auto repairs since I don’t know as much about cars, but they both took the time to walk me through the entire process and kept me informed every step of the way.
Right after the accident happened, I drove straight to Woody Anderson, and Brian immediately stepped in to help while I was still shaken up and emotional. Chris followed up the very next day and even went out of his way to help me get my twins’ car seats out of my vehicle.
Their kindness, patience, and communication truly meant so much to me. I’ve honestly never had such a positive customer service experience, and I’m so grateful for the way they handled everything.

Communication is a great thing when it takes place. My vehicle was there much longer then it needed to be simply because I wasn't told when the windshield repairman would be coming to the dealership.

Benny Key took care of me from start to finish. The body shop did a great job repairing my truck. The lady in the rental office was great to work with setting me up with a rental car. Woody Anderson Ford has always took great care of me when I bring my vehicles in for service.

To get the car fixed there was no much communication on when it was going to be ready, the car was delivered with dirty windows and missing my front tag which it was fixed a couple of days later. It was just not a smooth process.
