Communication is a great thing when it takes place. My vehicle was there much longer then it needed to be simply because I wasn't told when the windshield repairman would be coming to the dealership.

To get the car fixed there was no much communication on when it was going to be ready, the car was delivered with dirty windows and missing my front tag which it was fixed a couple of days later. It was just not a smooth process.
