I called 6 times in **** day and it went straight to voicemail each time. I left a message for someone to call me about my car, because no one called me to tell me the estimate and I didn't get a call for over 5 days. I got a text in 12/8 that my car was done, a sunday night. The text said my estimated completion date was 12/6, in friday. The rental car people were very helpful. But I have serious doubts that I will ever use your shop again. This was your second chance, as my first experience with you was not good either. There was a serious lack of communication the first time your shop fixed my car.

There was only one issue when I got my car back there is a beeping sound like seat belt sound but no indication why car random beep. It does it when I go over bump etc. The car did not do that previously. All external issues were completed perfectly

Found two problems when picking up the car. The check engine light is on and the sensor on the handle of the driver side door can't open the door when being pressed.

Not everything was repaired to how my vehicle once was. Little cosmetics like the emblem that says “sport touring” now says “touring sport” with a one to two inch gap in between the two emblems. Also had an OEM red Honda badge that didnt get replaced and last is the rear bumper appliqué that is now missing and wasn’t installed/ordered.
