My car was scheduled for pickup on 10/02 but it was delayed till 10/04 and I felt that there wasn't much explanation into why.

The repairs took extensively longer than forecast. Moreover, when I picked up my car there was damage to the inside of my car that was not there when I dropped it off at Seattle Automotive - there were plastic panels hanging off in the back, which were supposed to be covering the air bags.

Repair looks great. No complaints on that. I spent an hour vacuuming repair debris from the interior. Three places body filler is smashed into the carpet and finger smears on extended wheel flairs. The detailing of my car was pretty poor.

I appreciate the great work you’ve done for me in the past and that’s why I have returned when I’ve needed necessary and unexpected body work. Thanks to Ivan for going over the repair work with me, I just had two air pocket blemishes and perhaps the doors were a little orange-peely. Thanks for being able to address these things for me, I look forward to getting these minor things completed. I always refer potential work when asked.

There is a plastic panel missing in back interior. There’s repair dust and debris all over that I’m going to need to wipe down. There is first smears on the handle bar entering the side door that I’ll need to get goo gone too hopefully get off. There’s some sort of grid (heating elements?) on the side window. Not sure if it is a new window but it doesn’t match the window on the opposite side. And there is also the scuff that was not repaired on the exterior window panel that we already discussed.

After getting a quote and wondering if I needed a ride back to enterprise on Rainier Ivan informed me of enterprise on site. Once I dropped off car on Monday, the pick up date was Friday. I received daily texts on updates throughout the entire process. Exceptional and courteous staff and service!!!

Your quality control is unsatisfactory. I personally had to identify defects that had to be reworked. ****) The right side fog light blank had a corner not installed into a flushed position. I had to asked to for assistance to complete the task. 2) The installation of my bumper was missing a clip that caused the bumper to separate from the housing. This was not detected until I found it after driving home. I had to return to have the missing clip installed. 3) Then after the clip was installed, the rubber trim was not adhering to the surface. The adhesive failed. The owner had it replaced. 4) The paint still had two scratches on from when the clip from bumper separated. I had to point it out. The female technician argued with me and told me that when hit my car, that the scratches could not be from the accident. I explained three times I did not hit anything, and that I ran over an object. I finally walked away and the owner told her I was correct and had a detailer repair the scratches. I will not be a return customer.
