I couldn't have been more pleased. I stopped by for a minor repair without an appointment, was given a very reasonable estimate and a convenient appointment for the repair. When the part arrived, it was fixed while I waited. Overall, a great experience.

It would have been nice to have my car cleaned out. Especially since one of the employees there was smoking in my vehicle and left ashes on my seat. I'm not saying it was deliberately done but it was still done.

Interior of car, where work was done, was extremely dirty
Dust on outside & inside
Seat belt was most likely damaged by work in back seat
Never called about receipt of new belt for installation.
White paint smudges on car that were previously not there.
Scratches on new bumper.
