I was surprised that you were so aggressive about establishing a tight time schedule but so lackadaisical about trying to meet that schedule. The overall time for the work was not terrible but it was past your self imposed deadline. We got a text saying the the car was 57% complete but in speaking with your folks after this it seemed as if you hadn't even started. I would suggest you not send those silly texts. They inevitably result in client disappointment.

car needed repairs after getting rear-ended. insurance company was less than helpful, but koontz made a case for a fair estimate of necessary repairs. even though the additional estimate was denied, koontz did an incredible job within the limit allowed by our lousy insurance company. car looks beautiful after repairs and drives like a charm, esp. after proper balancing of the tires. front desk and mechanics are very courteous and great to work with. will definitely be returning to koontz in the future and will highly recommend. THANKS TO THE ENTIRE TEAM AT KOONTZ FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

You all are AMAZING. From the mechanics making sure they did what they had to do.. letting the front desk know to tell me I needed a new battery.. and for the text messaging service along with the cell iPhone calls with the ladies at the desk that are so polite and nice and genuine! and messages I was always aware of what was going on and you all did a great job. I even had a card in my car thanking me when I should be thanking everyone at Koonz for making a frustrating experience delightful. So thank you.
