He called me and updated me on my car and I always felt like I knew what was going on with my car. My first contact with Eastern was Will G . He was always so pleasant and when he quoted my estimate, he did it in layman's terms. I don't know any of the other gentleman in the office ( one was young like Will and the other gentleman was bald) ! Everyone was so upbeat, positive and just so nice. They truly made a difficult experience very enjoyable! My car looks just like new! Everyone deserves a raise!! Thanks for the great care!
