This was the second time I had a car in the repair shop in six months. The first was a nightmare. My experience with Eastern was great. The text updates made it easy to plan the pick of my car. They keep you in the loop from start to finish. They set up my rental car and I just left there and they took care of the pick up. I have recommended them twice already.

This was the first car accident I had been in and it was completely overwhelming. After it happened and I filed my claim, all I thought about was how awful it was and how much I wanted to avoid the hassle. Then you guys called me.
