The process was simple and easy. I had no problems communicating with the staff. They were kind an very helpful. I will definitely keep them in mind if I need any work done in the future.

All I can say is wow!! My car looks brand new like it did when I first got it. It was cleaned as well for me when I went to pick it up which was very nice. I am so pleased with the work done. I also loved the text updates on how my car was coming along while it was being repaired as well as everybody being so helpful with the thousand questions I had. 5 stars overall!! Thank you again!! I hope I won’t be coming back for any damage done to my car but if so, I know where to go and who to refer anybody I know to.

Excellent Service and awesome results!!

First off I had a completion date of April 30, 2018 at 4 PM. So when I called on that day at 2:30 to verify that my vehicle was ready I was informed that my vehicle was not ready. But that my vehicle would be completed on 5/****/2018 at 3:18. I’m glad I called because I was headed to the body shop that day 4/30/2018 only to find out that my vehicle was not ready. Then when I called on 5/****/2018 at approximately around 12:00 pm to verify that my vehicle would be ready it still was being worked on and I was informed it would be ready later on that day . So I called at 3:00 and spoke with mellisa I let her know that I was an hour and a half away from the shop so when I arrived I still had to wait additional 15 minutes to get my van because it was still not completely ready to be picked up. I did like the updates I received via text message about my vehicle status but to me they were not 100% accurate and kinda gave me a false impression of the whole experience

My car looks brand new! I can not thank new beginnings enough. They had my car ready in a timely manner. I even got daily updates! I would Definitely recommend new beginnings to everybody I know

Want to say thank you to Kevin, Keith and the entire crew at new beginnings, they did a outstanding job on my Mini Cooper , I really was just amazed at the craftsmanship that they put into it to get it back to normal in a very timely manner.
