I was impressed with the amount of communication New Beginnings did, so that I always had an update on when the car was due to be finished. Also, Melissa is a good representative for your company. Extremely efficient and helpful to me as I had never had to deal with anything like this before, and she explained things to me. She showed a lot of patience in dealing with my questions.
Also, Jason explained the repair needs of the car so that I was comfortable with his explanations. I am happy that USAA sent me to you.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. They explained each step and promised my car would look like brand new...which is exactly what they delivered. It was on time and looked just like when I picked it up from the dealership. They also detailed it, which I didn’t expect and was a “wow” experience. So often, businesses don’t take the time to understand what the customer is looking for or what is important to them, and treat them like a number or work order. I feel like they treated my car as they would their own vehicle. Thank you!
