Due to the weather I haven't had time to do a complete and thorough inspection,but what I do see,I like.The vehicle seem to handle better then it did before the accident.The paint looks flawless,and all the parts fit together seamlessly making it look like it was never wrecked. For the time being it looks and feels great.If I have a problem I'll be in touch.

The length of time was far beyond what was estimated. I turned the car in on a Monday and was told I would likely have it back that Friday, 5 days later. It was 17 days before I got it back. When I came to pick it up I was asked to wait behind someone thast ca me in after me because they had "a long running issue". I really felt put out and actually left to avoid getting upset. When I returned I was again asked to wait while another customer was taken care of. I was told it had been a crazy day; well it has been crazy weeks for me. Not a good experience at all.

Everything wa taken care of so smoothly and competently. Everyone went out of their way to help. Even as much as delivering my car ¶to my driveway after I hurt my foot and my leg was in a cast. Which made it hard for me to drive. The car looks terrific and the service was superb. Took 3 weeks for repair. Was not informed about what the status was of my vehicle. I had to call frequently. I finally threatened them with talking to send a letter to the Chevrolet headquarters before they responded and again I never received an update.
