It all went really well. I appreciate all the work done on time. Just an FYI that I noticed click, clock sounds coming from the back of the car that I guess are because of the new parts being replaced on the car? But the sounds are diminishing now so it's probably going to go away.
The repairs were great. The problem was with the condition of my vehicle when I arrived to pick up. My carpeted floor boards were saturated in white dust/dirt on the drivers side, the bed of my truck was still littered with broken glass and parts of my bumper from the wreck, my back seat (not any involment in the accident) was in the folded up position for what looks like most of the repair which pressed my seatbelt connection into my seat leaving a **** inch deep depression, and finally in my cup holder was a chrome "Denali" sticker that was supposed to be put on my driver side door but was left in my vehicle with two other peices of trash from similar items. This is unacceptable service. I was told the night before that my vehicle was being cleaned and would be ready the next morning. I'm not one to be nitpicky and complain but I paid $61,000 for this vehicle and it should be treated the same way as the brand new corvettes on your lot! Again the repairs were exactly as I expected, the care of my vehicle during the repairs were unacceptable. I was informed by your staff members that she was pretty sure what group of people it was and that you always have complaints about this stuff. This is very disappointing

I received very little communication from the collision center during the nearly 4 week time period my vehicle was there. My phone calls/ voice mails were not returned. I called mutiple times and the advisor dedicated to my claim was never available. The only updates I received on the status of my car was from the receptionist, who at no fault of his own, knew very little about my vehicle’s status, but did his best to obtain an update, albeit vague one. The last auto email I received was on ****/24/18 stating my vehicle was nearing completion, was on track for it’s pick up date of ****/26/18 and I’d be contacted if there were any delays. The next communication of any kind I received was on 2/****/18 stating that my vehicle was “done”, but at BMW for final inspection and would be ready the following day, Friday, or Saturday at the latest. Again, I heard nothing. On Saturday, 2/4 I contacted BMW where I learned more about what was going on with the vehicle than I had in the three previous weeks. The car was not “done” and was still awaiting parts. I was contacted by the collision center the following Wednesday afternoon, 2/7, notifying me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Very disappointing customer service experience with Hendrick Collision.
