my vehicle has been repaired, unfortunately there's a issue with my hood that has made my windshield wioes not completely functioning in the manner to which my car was given to the shop. I would need to schedule an appointment for this to corrected

It took too long car was in the shop for over a month. Receptionist wasn't very nice Never gave me a straight answer . Told me she would call me back several times never did. Had to bypass her and work directly with the manager. Manager was very friendly and helpful.

Great job on repairs but please please please work on better communication with customer. I never got a call to update me on status or delays. I left messages that went unrefined. The only way I was able to get in touch with anyone was to show up at the office.
