After the repair, there are two paint chips in the area of repair that were not present prior. Also, there are a couple bumps of dust in the newly painted areas. The lift gate stalls occasionally, having to be helped or push the button multiple attempts.

Brad Evans kept me up to date with what was going on with fixing my vehicle. Your team kept the insurance company updated with letting them know I needed to extend my rental. I did not have to call them once. I do need to bring back to re do some areas, but all in all, was very happy with your team, especially Brad Evans.

Truck looked great. There was still a clunking noise in the steering wheel. I brought it to their attention and they took it back in no questions asked. Still waiting on it to be repaired.
