I would like to suggest a shuttle for the customer to get to the rental service area so Enterprise don't have to wait for a rental car return before they can deliver vehicles to the body shop. Thanks again for the rental. We had a blast with it. Sincerely, Chris, Ruth, and Ruby Cavendish

I honestly must say that when the insurance company suggested JC Lewis Ford I was a little leery. About 10 years ago JC Lewis did the repairs on my Mitsubishi Galant. I was far from satisfied with the repairs done on that vehicle and in the long run it ended up costing me a good bit of money out of pocket because the repairs were not done properly. I'm not sure if that department is under new management, but this go around I am 100% satisfied. Everyone was so friendly and I was kept up to date on when the repairs would be finished. I have already and will continue to recommend JC Lewis to my friends and family. I am actually looking to downsize to a smaller truck and hopefully we can do business in the future. Although the repair was done very well, the estimated time was 3 days. It actually took a 11 day to complete the repair.

The repairs to my wife's car were done very well. She is happy to have it back. But they failed to fix the gas cap outer door. It is on the same side as the damages and was actually missed on the last repair. We failed to notice it then but it was pointed out when the car was brought in for this repair. Thank you she is still very happy with the repairs

Body work was not completed to satisfactory appearance. Bondo shows through paint in very obvious bumps on the surface of the door. I was told that it would not be obvious but it very clearly is and I could see it as they pulled up in the vehicle when we came to pick it up before the vehicle even stopped moving. as somebody who has a great deal of experience working with Bondo I told them that I would have high expectations and they assured me that it would not be a flimsy repair. The receipt shows that the mirror assembly was replaced but it very obviously was not as they're still a large gash on the inside of the mirror caused by the minor accident. During the deconstruction portion of the repair it seems that they damaged the black framing around the driver side door window it was not like that prior to turning the vehicle in for repair. There are a few minor dust particles or large pieces of dirt lodged in the paint on the driver side door I expected a better more completed paint job. Distantly wall painting the door it's obvious that they chipped the paint on the inside see him in between the driver side and passenger door and didn't fix it they simply clearcoated over the chip and left it as it is a very obvious chip. We are very unsatisfied like to have this corrected immediately.

Of course my experience with Ford was excellent during the repair of my vehicle after being involved in a car accident. The service from the reception, Matt Kennedy, Geico adjustor who was exceptional, Enterprise with assisting me with a rental, with the constant communication during the repair of my vehicle and with the amazing results of my vehicle; it's the reason why I chose Ford for my choice of vehicle and chose Ford to work on my vehicle! Job well done to the entire team who played a part with my car!
