I picked up the car yesterday afternoon. This evening, a police officer stopped me, I had both taillights out. Now, I know the repairs were done to the front of the car, but in three weeks, you would think somebody would have checked all the basics. Maybe fuses were disconnected. Otherwise so far everything seems fine; at least as far as I can tell from outward appearances. I do feel the whole process was very impersonal. I got a text saying, for example, we enjoyed working with you, signed JC Lewis Ford. Companies don't enjoy things; people do. I don't think any person even knew who I was.

Overall, the repair looks great. The reason that I can't say that I'm completely satisfied is because no wheel was ordered for my car initially, although it was clearly included in the estimate. Also, I discovered last night that my wiper was not installed correctly, so now I will need to come back a second time to get that fixed.
