Staff was very friendly. It took a little longer than I expected to get the job complete, but they were good to communicate and we’re certain the job was done to quality standards.
I’m happy with the service from Cool Sprimgs collision - one of the only issues I had was with how long it took. The paperwork from the insurance company said it would take 4 days. Of course that’s the insurance company. Though the texts were helpful. It actually took 8 business days. Anyway, that was it. My car looks beautiful. The customer service from what I observed and experienced first hand is exceptional.
I have a blemish in the paint and looks like orange peel to my husband. We will be bringing it back. Thank you!

I had front end work done on my Camry and **** headlight was replaced. I wish I was called to be informed because I would have paid out of pocket to replace the other headlight at the same time. Now I have to make another appointment to get this done.
