I was very impressed with the overall operation from the initial greeting to the delivery of the finished vehicle. Sandra Lange was very professional and had a wonderful attitude (always nice to have both people that know what they are doing as well as being pleasant!). I was surprised to find the vehicle washed and the interior vacuumed. I hope I don't need to return, but I know if I need any work done, where to bring my vehicle. Thanks, Robert Hall

I originally had scheduled service for my car Dec. 17, 2018. I bring in my car just to be told that they were overbooked. There was zero communication of this until I arrived at the collision center. I rescheduled for Jan. 28, 2019 and was able to get the car in. I called a few times to get an update on the car and was promised a call back but received no call backs or was hung up on. The service and overall customer experience was very poor. I am thankful that the car looks great and everything is functioning properly, however the service piece and communication accross the board really should be addressed.

Everyone was easy to work with. I'll need to bring it back next week as the Wrangler sticker for fender didn’t arrive on Friday. Also noticed a couple of imperfections in clear/paint on the fender as well that will require attention.

Vehicle was not quality control checked, had damage still on trim pars and side trim was not secured. Brakes were also an issue without resolution. Very poor quality of overall repair.

Effective communication, adherence to deadlines, and work quality were all substandard based on my experience. I was sent mixed messages about the status of my vehicle. For example, the original assessment stated that repairs would take 5 days but it ended up taking 2 weeks to complete with no communication about the need for more time. Another example, I was told via text and by phone that my vehicle would be ready that day and was informed when I showed up that more time was needed and I’d have to come back the next day. Finally, when I pick up my vehicle, there are items missing on the vehicle (tire valve cap) and white residue on the surface. Poor quality and attention to detail.
